Total Health Plus™ combines all the programs of Dental Plus™ and Basic Health™; namely Dental Vision, Prescription, Chiropractic, Physician Care, Ancillary Services, Hospital Advocacy and NurseLine. Plus three non-medical programs.

AmeriPlan® DriveAmerica Auto Club (administered by the United States Auto Club, Motoring Division) - Emergency roadside service provided 24x7. $50 sign and drive for towing services. Includes flat tire, out-of-gas and lockout services. Members receive 25% discount on all charges exceeding $50.

AmeriPlan® Legal Services (administered by CLC) - Free Initial consultation with an attorney on each separate legal matter. Members receive a 25% discount on any ongoing legal fees. Access to over 4,500 online legal and financial documents, along with a complete legal reference resource.

AmeriPlan® Identity Theft Assistance (administered by CLC) - Provides education on identity theft prevention. In cases where identity theft has occurred, a personal advocate assists members from the first call to completed resolution. If necessary, legal referrals are available, with free consultation and a 25% discount on ongoing attorney fees.

Note: AmeriPlan® is a unique health care solution. Our medical programs are supported by a network consisting of a mix of proprietary medical providers and the BeechStreet medical provider network. In the former case, it is not unusual for doctors not to be familiar with our company's name. However, they will be familiar with BeechStreet. To verify physician participation, new member MUST contact medical customer service at 866-977-2477 before visiting a selected physician for the first time.
